· The DGD2117 and DGD2118 are high-voltage, high-speed gate drivers designed to drive one n-channel MOSFET or IGBT in a bootstrap configuration. · They utilize high-voltage processing techniques, enabling switching at 600V. · The logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs, and the driver outputs feature high pulse current buffers to minimize cross-conduction. · The single floating channel supports both high-side and low-side configurations. · Available in SO-8 (Type TH) package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
