DESCRIPTION

· The DGD2136 is a three-phase gate driver IC for high-voltage/high-speed applications, driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration.

· It supports bootstrap operation up to 600V and is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels (down to 3.3V).

· Features include shoot-through protection, undervoltage lockout, and overcurrent protection with adjustable fault clear timing.

· Available in SO-28 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
