DESCRIPTION

· The DGD21844 is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver for N-Channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge configurations.

· It supports bootstrap operation up to 600V and is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels down to 3.3V.

· Features programmable deadtime via an external resistor and operates from -40°C to +125°C in an SO-14 package.

· Floating high-side driver with 600V bootstrap operation.

· Drives two N-Channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge configuration.

· 1.4A source and 1.8A sink output current capability.
