DESCRIPTION

· The DS1210 Nonvolatile Controller Chip is a CMOS circuit designed to convert CMOS RAM into nonvolatile memory.
· It monitors incoming power for out-of-tolerance conditions, inhibiting chip enable for write protection and switching to battery power.
· Utilizes a low-leakage CMOS process for precise voltage detection with minimal battery consumption.
· Available in 8-pin DIP and 16-pin SO packages for minimal PC board space requirements.
