DESCRIPTION

· The DS1210 Nonvolatile Controller Chip is a CMOS circuit designed to convert CMOS RAM into nonvolatile memory.
· It monitors incoming power for out-of-tolerance conditions, inhibits chip enable for write protection, and switches to battery power when necessary.
· Utilizes a low-leakage CMOS process for precise voltage detection with minimal battery consumption.
· Available in space-saving 8-pin PDIP or 16-pin SO packages.
