DESCRIPTION

· The DS1210 Nonvolatile Controller Chip is a CMOS circuit designed to convert CMOS RAM into nonvolatile memory.

· It monitors incoming power for out-of-tolerance conditions, inhibits chip enable for write protection, and switches to battery power during power failures.

· Utilizes a low-leakage CMOS process for precise voltage detection with minimal battery consumption.
