· Packaged in a low-cost, surface mount 8-lead package with an exposed base for enhanced RF and thermal performance.

· Provides 21 dB of gain and +26 dBm of saturated power from a +5V supply voltage.

· Features power down capability to conserve current when not in use.

· Internal circuit matching optimized for greater than 40% PAE.
