DESCRIPTION

· The BGU7045 is a 3.3V wideband amplifier with bypass mode, designed for high linearity and low-noise applications from 40 MHz to 1 GHz, ideal for Set-Top Box applications.

· It is housed in a 6-pin SOT363 plastic SMD package.

FEATURES

· Operates at a 3.3V supply voltage with internal biasing.

· Programmable gain between 14 dB and bypass mode.

· Maintains flat gain from 40 MHz to 1 GHz with a noise figure of 2.8 dB.

· High linearity with an IP3 O of 29 dBm and 75 Ω input/output impedance.

· Power-down feature in bypass mode with current consumption under 5 mA.

· ESD protection exceeds 2 kV HBM and 1.5 kV CDM on all pins.

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for terrestrial and cable Set-Top Boxes (STB).

· Compatible with silicon and "Can" tuners.
