DESCRIPTION



· The HMC749LC3C is a 26 GHz T Flip-Flop with Reset, designed for high-speed logic applications.

· It supports clock frequencies up to 26 GHz and features a divide-by-two function on the positive edge of the clock.

· The device includes an asynchronous reset function that forces the Q output low regardless of the clock state.

· It operates from a single 3.3 V supply and is available in a 3x3 mm SMT package compliant with ROHS standards.



FEATURES



· Supports clock frequencies up to 26 GHz with differential and single-ended operation.

· Features fast rise and fall times of 18 ps and 17 ps, respectively.

· Low power consumption with a typical value of 270 mW.

· Programmable differential output voltage swing ranging from 600 mV to 1100 mV.

· Propagation delay of 95 ps and operates from a single 3.3 V supply.

· Packaged in a 16-lead ceramic 3x3 mm SMT package.
