DESCRIPTION

· The HMC841LC4B is a high-speed D-type Flip Flop supporting data rates up to 43 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 43 GHz.

· It features a programmable output voltage control pin (VAC) for signal optimization or loss compensation.

· All inputs are 50 Ohm terminated on-chip, supporting both AC and DC coupling.

· Operates on a single -3.3V DC supply and comes in a 4x4 mm RoHS-compliant ceramic SMT package.

· Supports data rates up to 43 Gbps with low power consumption of 630 mW.

· Fast rise and fall times of 12 ps.

· Adjustable differential output voltage swing from 200 to 850 mVp-p.
