DESCRIPTION

· The HMC853LC3 is a D-Type Flip-Flop supporting data rates up to 28 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 28 GHz.
· It operates on a single 3.3V supply and comes in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT package.
· Features include differential and single-ended operation, fast rise and fall times of 15/14 ps, and low power consumption of 240 mW.
· It includes a programmable differential output voltage swing from 700 to 1300 mVp-p.
