DESCRIPTION

· The HMC854LC5 is a 4:1 multiplexer designed for 28Gbps data serialization.

· It latches four differential inputs on the rising edge of the input clock and uses both rising and falling edges of the half-rate clock for data serialization.

· Features a quarter-rate clock output for synchronization and supports DC coupled broadband operation.

· All clock and data inputs are CML and terminated on-chip with 50 ohms.

· Operates from a single -3.3 V supply in a ROHS compliant 5x5 mm SMT package.
