DESCRIPTION

· The HMC857LC5 is a 2x2 Crosspoint Switch supporting data rates up to 14 Gbps and selector port operation up to 14 GHz.

· It routes differential inputs to one or both outputs based on selected port assertion.

· Inputs are CML and on-chip terminated with 50 Ohms; outputs can drive 50 Ohm ground-terminated systems or CML logic devices.

· Features an output level control pin for loss compensation or signal optimization.

· Operates from a single -3.3 V supply in a ROHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT package.
