DESCRIPTION

· Lattice’s Power Manager II ispPAC-POWR1014/A is a general-purpose power-supply monitor and sequence controller.

· It incorporates in-system programmable logic and analog functions using non-volatile E2CMOS® technology.

· The device monitors up to 10 power supply test points with 10 independent analog input channels.

· It provides 14 open-drain digital outputs for controlling DC-DC converters, LDOs, and opto-couplers.

FEATURES

· Monitors and controls multiple power supplies with up to 10 inputs and 14 output control signals.

· Embedded PLD with 24-macrocell CPLD for sequence control and combinatorial logic functions.

· Four independent programmable timers with intervals from 32µs to 2 seconds.

· Analog input monitoring with two programmable threshold comparators per input and 10-bit ADC for I2C monitoring.

· High-voltage FET drivers for power supply ramp control and configurable outputs.

· 2-Wire (I2C/SMBus™) interface for comparator status, ADC readout, and direct control.

· Operates at 3.3V with a wide supply range of 2.8V to 3.96V, available in a 48-pin TQFP package.
