Overview

DESCRIPTION

· Lattice's Power Manager II ispPAC-POWR1014/A is a versatile power-supply monitor and sequence controller.

· It integrates in-system programmable logic and analog functions using non-volatile E2CMOS technology.

· The device features 10 independent analog input channels for monitoring up to 10 power supply test points.

· Each input channel includes two independently programmable comparators for high/low and window-comparison monitoring.

· It provides 14 open-drain digital outputs for controlling DC-DC converters, LDOs, opto-couplers, and general-purpose logic interfaces.



FEATURES

· Monitors and controls up to 10 power supplies simultaneously with 14 output control signals.

· Includes a 24-macrocell CPLD for state machines and combinatorial logic functions.

· Features four independent programmable timers with intervals from 32µs to 2 seconds.

· Equipped with 10 independent analog monitor inputs and two programmable threshold comparators per input.

· Supports a 10-bit ADC for I2C monitoring (ispPAC-POWR1014A only).

· High-voltage FET drivers for power supply ramp control and programmable current/voltage output.

· 2-Wire (I2C/SMBus™ Compatible) Interface for comparator status monitoring, ADC readout, and power sequence control.

· Operates at 3.3 V with a wide supply range of 2.8 V to 3.96 V, suitable for industrial temperatures (-40°C to +85°C).

· Available in a 48-pin TQFP package with a lead-free option.

· Multi-Function JTAG Interface for in-system programming and access to all I2C registers.
