DESCRIPTION
· Lattice's Power Manager II ispPAC-POWR6AT6 is a versatile power-supply monitoring and margining controller with in-system programmable analog functions using non-volatile E2CMOS® technology. It features six independent analog input channels for monitoring power supply test points, each supporting remote ground sensing with differential inputs. The device includes six DACs for generating trimming voltages to control power supply outputs, which can be set to four hardware-selectable preset values or dynamically adjusted via the I2C bus. It also incorporates a 10-bit ADC for voltage monitoring and digital closed-loop control to maintain output voltage within 1% tolerance across various load conditions. The device operates over a wide supply range of 2.8V to 3.96V and is available in a compact 32-pin QFNS package.
FEATURES
· Power Supply Margin and Trim Functions: Trim and margin up to six power supplies with dynamic voltage control through I2C, four hardware-selectable voltage profiles, and independent digital closed-loop trim for each output.
