DESCRIPTION



· The IVCR2401 is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs effectively and safely.

· It features low propagation delay and mismatch, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications up to hundreds of kHz.

· The driver can parallel two channels to increase output driving current, with enhanced accuracy when one enable pin is tied high.

· It is ideal for server and telecom power supply synchronous rectification driving, where dead time accuracy impacts converter efficiency.

· The input thresholds are TTL-compatible with a voltage tolerance up to 20V.

· Industry-standard SOIC-8 pinout with an optional exposed pad for high-frequency and power applications.

· Two independent gate drive channels with 4A peak sink and source current.

· Wide VDD range up to 25V with VDD UVLO protection.

· Separated enable inputs and TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs.

· Low propagation delays (45ns typical) with built-in de-glitch filter.

· 1ns typical delay matching between channels.

· Outputs held low when inputs are floating.

· Operating temperature range: -40°C to 125°C.
