DESCRIPTION

· The Silicon Zener Diode Series 1N957BUR-1 thru 1N986BUR-1 is designed for voltage regulation and protection in electronic circuits.

· These diodes operate within a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C and have a thermal resistance of 250°C/W.

· They offer a steady-state power handling capability of 0.5 watts and a forward voltage of 1.1 V at 200 mA.

FEATURES

· Available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV grades as per MIL-PRF-19500/1 17 specifications.

· Standard voltage tolerances are ±5% with B suffix, ±10% with A suffix, and tighter tolerances of ±2% or ±1% with C or D suffixes respectively.

· Hermetically sealed in an axial-leaded glass DO-213AA package for durability and reliability.
