DESCRIPTION

· The XL1000-BD is a 3-stage 20-40 GHz GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier with a small signal gain of 20 dB and a noise figure of 2 dB across the band. It utilizes GaAs pHEMT device model technology and electron beam lithography for high repeatability and uniformity. The chip features surface passivation, backside via holes, and gold metallization for ruggedness and compatibility with conductive epoxy or eutectic solder die attach processes.
