DESCRIPTION

· The MA4E1340 series is a silicon medium barrier Schottky diode designed for mixer, detector, and limiter circuits. It is also suitable for anti-parallel, shunt power surge protection in 50 Ω and 75 Ω systems. Available in SOT-23, SOT-323, SC-79, and SOD-323 packages, these diodes are supplied on tape and reel for automatic assembly and surface mount placement.
