DESCRIPTION

· The L9857 is a high-voltage device designed using BCD "off-line" technology, capable of driving N-channel PowerMOS transistors.

· It features a floating section that operates with voltage rails up to 450 V, with CMOS/TTL compatible logic inputs for easy interfacing with control devices.

· Available in SO-8 package, suitable for a wide range of applications.
