· Manufactured using a hybrid process with PIN Diodes and passive devices on a ceramic substrate.
· Features a compact design with excellent signal performance.
· Includes variants with optional DC block capacitors at input and output ends.

FEATURES

· Surface mount limiter in an 8 mm x 5 mm x 2.5 mm package.
· Handles up to 100 W CW power with low insertion loss of 0.85 dB.
· High IIP3 of 19 dBm and RoHS compliant.
· Can handle RF incident power up to 50 dBm CW and peak power up to 60 dBm.
