DESCRIPTION

· The LM5073 is a Powered Device (PD) interface compliant with IEEE 802.3af for Power over Ethernet (PoE) networks.

· It supports auxiliary power from unregulated sources like AC adapters and solar cells.

· Features include a low RDS(ON) hot-swap MOSFET and programmable DC current limit up to 800mA.

· It integrates PD signature resistor and PoE input UVLO, with a maximum voltage rating of 100V.
