DESCRIPTION

· The LPS331AP is an ultra-compact absolute piezoresistive pressure sensor.

· It includes a monolithic sensing element and an IC interface for digital signal output.

· The sensing element consists of a suspended membrane on a mono-silicon substrate.

· Manufactured using ST's VENSENS process, it features a small mono-silicon membrane over an air cavity.

· The IC interface is designed using a standard CMOS process for high integration.

· Available in a small HCLGA-16L package (3 x 3 x 1 mm) with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
