DESCRIPTION
· The MPX2010 series is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor with a highly accurate and linear voltage output proportional to applied pressure.
· It features a monolithic silicon diaphragm with an integrated strain gauge and thin-film resistor network.
· The chip is laser trimmed for precise span and offset calibration, and temperature compensation.
