DESCRIPTION
· The MPX2200 series are silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors with a highly accurate and linear voltage output proportional to applied pressure.
· The sensor features a single monolithic silicon diaphragm with an integrated strain gauge and thin-film resistor network.
· The chip is laser trimmed for precise span and offset calibration and temperature compensation.
