DESCRIPTION

· The LPS331AP is an ultra-compact absolute piezoresistive pressure sensor with a monolithic sensing element and IC interface.

· It uses the VENSENS process to create a mono-silicon membrane above an air cavity for pressure detection.

· The IC interface is designed using a standard CMOS process for high integration and precise matching with the sensing element.

· Available in a small HCLGA package (3 x 3 x 1 mm) with a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.
