DESCRIPTION

· The LT1025 is a micropower thermocouple cold junction compensator designed for type E, J, K, R, S, and T thermocouples.

· It features wafer level and post-package trimming for 0.5°C initial accuracy.

· Special curvature correction circuitry ensures accurate cold junction compensation over a wide temperature range.

· Operates with a supply voltage from 4V to 36V and typical supply current of 80 mA.

· Provides a 10mV/°C output at low impedance and supports various thermocouple voltages.

· Available in 8-pin PDIP and SO packages for temperatures between 0°C and 70°C.
