DESCRIPTION

· The M02050 is a high-gain limiting amplifier supporting data rates up to 2.5 Gbps.

· It operates with a 3.3V or 3.3V/5V supply and features PECL outputs.

· The device includes a rate select function for SFP applications and optimal sensitivity at data rates ≤ 1.25 Gbps.

· It also provides analog RSSI outputs and a programmable signal-level detector.
