DESCRIPTION

· The CD4066B is a quad bilateral switch designed for analog or digital signal transmission and multiplexing.
· It is pin-compatible with the CD4016B but offers lower on-state resistance.
· It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 18V.
· Each of the four switches has independent control.
· Not recommended for sample-and-hold applications; CD4016B is preferred for such use cases.



FEATURES

· Supports 15V digital or ±7.5V peak-to-peak switching.
· On-state resistance is typically 125Ω at 15V operation.
· High on/off output-voltage ratio: 80dB at 10kHz.
· Low distortion: <0.5% at 1kHz with 5V p-p input.
· Extremely low off-state leakage: 10pA at 10V.
· High control input impedance: 10^12Ω.
· Low crosstalk: -50dB at 8MHz.
· Frequency response: 40MHz when switch is on.
