DESCRIPTION

· The MAX14759/MAX14761/MAX14763 are analog switches capable of handling bipolar signals beyond their supply rails.

· They operate from a single +3.0V to +5.5V supply and support signals ranging from -25V to +25V.

· The MAX14759 is a single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switch, the MAX14761 is a dual-SPST switch, and the MAX14763 is a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch.

· These devices feature low on-resistance and high bandwidth, making them suitable for both digital and analog signal switching applications.

· Available in compact 8-pin and 10-pin TDFN packages, they operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
