DESCRIPTION

· The MAX382/MAX384 are CMOS-based, low-voltage 1-of-8 and dual 4-channel multiplexers with latchable digital inputs.
· Operates from a single supply of +2.7V to +16.5V or dual supplies of ±3V to ±8V.
· Features low on-resistance (max 100 Ω) with a channel-to-channel match of max 4 Ω.
· Includes low off leakage (less than 2.5nA at +85°C) and minimal charge injection (max 10pC).
· Provides ESD protection exceeding 2000V per Method 3015.7.
