DESCRIPTION

· MAX809 is a microprocessor voltage detection reset chip designed for monitoring digital system power supply voltages.

· It generates a reset signal that goes low when the power supply voltage drops below a set threshold and returns high after a delay of at least 140ms once the voltage is restored.

· The chip is capable of operating in an industrial temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃.

· It is available in a compact 3-pin SOT-23 package and supports various standard voltage monitoring values.
