DESCRIPTION

· MAX809 is a voltage detection chip for monitoring digital system power supply voltages.

· It generates a reset signal that goes low when the power supply voltage drops below a set value.

· The reset signal returns high after a delay of at least 140ms once the voltage is restored.

· It supports standard industrial voltage monitoring values for 5.0V, 3.3V, 3.0V, and 2.5V power supplies.

· The chip filters out power supply transients to prevent misoperation.

· It ensures normal output logic and performance even at a low voltage of 1.0V.

· Available in a compact 3-pin SOT-23 package.
