DESCRIPTION

· The MC145011 is a CMOS photoelectric smoke detector IC designed for line-powered applications.

· It integrates advanced low-power analog and digital circuitry for detecting smoke particles via an infrared photoelectric chamber.

· The IC features a variable-gain photo amplifier for direct interfacing with IR detectors and supports up to 40 interconnected units for common signaling.

· It includes on-chip push-pull drivers for a pulsating alarm and a piezoelectric transducer for audible alerts.

· The IC operates within a voltage range of 6 to 12 V and is designed to comply with UL217 and UL268 specifications.
