DESCRIPTION
· The MC33HB2000 is a SMARTMOS monolithic H-Bridge Power IC with SPI configurability and diagnostic capabilities.
· Designed for DC motor or servo motor control within specified current and voltage limits.
· Controls inductive loads with peak currents over 10 A and nominal continuous average load current of 3.0 A.
· Includes a current mirror output for analog feedback proportional to load current.
· Meets ISO 26262 safety requirements and is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified for automotive applications.
FEATURES
· Advanced diagnostic reporting via SPI: charge pump undervoltage, overvoltage, short to ground, short to VPWR, open load, temperature warning, and overtemperature shutdown.
· Excellent thermal resistance of <1.0 °C/W between junction and case.
· Eight selectable slew rates via SPI: 0.25 V/μs to over 16 V/μs for EMI and thermal optimization.
