DESCRIPTION

· The MC74HC04A/MC74HCT04A is a hex inverter with high-performance silicon-gate CMOS technology.

· It is pin-compatible with LS04 and MC14069.

· Inputs are compatible with Standard CMOS outputs and, with pullup resistors, with LSTTL outputs.

· MC74HCT04A inputs are compatible with Standard CMOS or TTL outputs.

· The device consists of six three-stage inverters.

· Outputs directly interface with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL.

· Operating voltage range: 2.0 to 6.0 V (HC), 4.5 to 5.5 V (HCT).
