DESCRIPTION

· MATRIX Mercury is a family of highly integrated DC/DC boost converters designed for energy harvesting from low voltage sources like Thermoelectric Generators (TEGs).
· Features a patented transformer reuse topology that operates as a flyback converter, capable of functioning with input power as low as a few microwatts.
· Includes an impedance matching feature for constant impedance load and high efficiency across various input voltages.
· Equipped with an 8-bit ADC for monitoring open-circuit voltage (VOC) and ensuring reliable operation by turning off the input when VOC exceeds the programmed limit.
· Offers multiple output voltages between 2V to 5V and integrated VOUT regulation to prevent voltage overshoot.
· Available in a compact 10-lead, 3mm × 3mm DFN package, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
