DESCRIPTION
· The MCT-SM9543 Series is an ultra-low pressure digital sensor in a JEDEC SOIC16 package.
· It features dual ported barb ports and provides digital temperature and pressure outputs.
· Supports I2C and SPI protocols, designed for medical, life science, and pneumatic control industries.
· Incorporates a mixed signal ASIC with an RTV bonded silicon gauge for high accuracy.
· Offers 14-bit digital pressure and 11-bit digital temperature outputs with a total error of 1% across -10 to 60°C.
· Includes internal error checking for safety-critical operations and a low power option.
