DESCRIPTION
· The MC34670 integrates a Power Interface Port for IEEE 802.3af Powered Devices (PD) and a high-performance current mode switching regulator.
· It enables the design of PDs with minimal external components by incorporating necessary IEEE 802.3af functions and a high-efficiency DC/DC converter.
· The device fully supports IEEE 802.3af standard, providing signature and power classification functions, inrush current limiting, and adjustable undervoltage lockout.
