DESCRIPTION

· The MIC5165 is a dual regulator controller designed for low-voltage memory termination in DDR3 and GDDR3/4/5 applications.
· It controls two external N-Channel MOSFETs to form separate regulators, switching between high-side and low-side MOSFETs based on current flow.
· The output voltage is programmable via an external reference voltage, supporting a universal solution for memory termination.
· Operates from 0.75V to 6V input voltage with a second bias supply input required.
· Available in an MSOP-10 package with an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
