DESCRIPTION

· The MIC5165 is a dual regulator controller designed for low-voltage memory termination in DDR3 and GDDR3/4/5 applications.

· It controls two external N-Channel MOSFETs to form two separate regulators, switching between high-side and low-side MOSFETs based on current direction.

· The output voltage is programmable via an external reference voltage, providing a universal solution regardless of input voltage, output voltage, or load current.

· It operates from an input voltage range of 0.75V to 6V and requires a second bias supply input.

· Available in a compact MSOP-10 package with an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
