DESCRIPTION

· The MIC9130 is a high-voltage, high-speed current-mode PWM controller designed for telecom DC-to-DC conversion.
· It efficiently converts -48V telecom voltages to logic levels and supports input voltages up to 180V.
· Integrated high-voltage start-up circuitry protects against line transients and reduces external components.
· Capable of high-speed operation with sub-25ns pulse width control and internal oscillator frequencies over 2.5MHz.
· Achieves over 90% efficiency at high output currents with a low 1.3mA quiescent current.
· Available in 16-pin SOP and QSOP packages, operating from -40°C to +125°C.
