DESCRIPTION

· The MIC9131 is a high-voltage, high-speed telecom DC-to-DC controller designed for efficient conversion of -48V telecom voltages to logic levels.
· It features a high-voltage start-up circuit, enabling operation with input voltages up to 180V, protecting against telecom line transients.
· The controller supports high-speed operation with a sub-25ns pulse width and an internal oscillator capable of over 2.5MHz.
· It achieves efficiencies over 90% at high output currents and has a low quiescent current of 1.3mA.
· Available in 16-pin SOP and QSOP packages, operating within a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
