DESCRIPTION

· The MIC9131 is a high-voltage, high-speed current-mode PWM controller designed for telecom DC-to-DC conversion.
· It efficiently converts -48V telecom voltages to logic levels with input voltages up to 180V.
· Features a high-voltage start-up circuit for protection against line transients.
· Capable of high-speed operation with sub-25ns pulse width control and internal oscillator up to 2.5MHz.
· Achieves over 90% efficiency at high output currents with a low quiescent current of 1.3mA.
· Available in 16-pin SOP and QSOP packages with a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
