DESCRIPTION

· The MN1380 series are CMOS LSIs designed for voltage detection in microcomputer and LSI systems, issuing reset signals to initialize systems or prevent runaway operations during voltage fluctuations.

FEATURES

· Three-pin design with no adjustment required.
· Offers 17 detection ranks from 2.0 to 4.9 volts.
· High precision in detection voltage with hysteresis characteristics.
· Low current consumption: 1µA typical at 5V.
· Minimal detection voltage fluctuation with temperature: 1mV/°C typical.
· Available in three output types: CMOS, N-channel open drain, and inverted CMOS.
