DESCRIPTION

· The MN1382S is a CMOS IC designed for voltage detection, monitoring power supply voltage in microcomputers and LSI systems to issue reset signals for system initialization or to prevent runaway operation during voltage fluctuations. It offers a wide selection of detection ranks from 2.0 V to 4.7 V across 16 ranks, with options for CMOS output, N-channel open drain output, and inverted CMOS output.
