DESCRIPTION

· The MP6539 is a gate driver IC designed for three-phase brushless DC motor applications.
· It drives three half-bridges with six N-channel power MOSFETs up to 100V.
· Utilizes a bootstrap capacitor for high-side MOSFET driver supply.
· Features include over-current protection, dead-time control, UVLO, and thermal shutdown.
· Available in TSSOP-28 and QFN-28 packages with thermal pads.

· Supports 100V operation with a maximum 120V V_BST.
· Internal LDO supports external NPN for high-current drive.
· Integrated current-sense amplifier.
