DESCRIPTION
· The MPC17511 is a monolithic H-Bridge motor driver IC designed for portable electronic applications.
· It operates at a motor voltage range of 2.0 V to 6.8 V and logic voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.7 V.
· Features include an integrated charge pump, level shifter, and shoot-through current protection.
· The IC supports PWM control frequencies up to 200 kHz for high-speed motor control.
· It offers four output control modes: Forward, Reverse, Brake, and Tri-state.
