DESCRIPTION

· The NC7S00 is a high-performance CMOS 2-input NAND gate.

· It utilizes advanced Silicon Gate CMOS technology for high-speed and low-power operation across a wide VCC range.

· Features ESD protection diodes on inputs and outputs relative to VCC and GND rails.

· Three-stage gain between inputs and output ensures high noise immunity and reduced sensitivity to input edge rate.



FEATURES

· Available in space-saving packages: SOT23-5, SC-74A, and SC-88A 5-Lead.

· Includes the ultra-small MicroPak™ leadless package.

· High-speed operation with a typical propagation delay of 3.5 ns.

· Low quiescent power with ICC < 1 µA.

· Balanced output drive: 2 mA IOL, -2 mA IOH.

· Broad VCC operating range from 2 V to 6 V.

· Balanced propagation delays.

· Specified for 3 V operation.

· Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
